The school is designed to provide education for the preschool, primary, gymnasium and lyceum sections of education, taking students from the ages of 6 up to 19. Our preschool and primary section follow the International Primary Curriculum, our gymnasium follows the Cambridge International curriculum and the national curriculum, and our lyceum follows the A Levels, as the first school in Moldova to offer Cambridge qualifications.

Heritage International School is officially recognized by Cambridge Assessment International Education as a Cambridge School (MD004). This status gives Moldovan students excellent opportunities to obtain internationally recognized Cambridge qualifications. Heritage students can choose one of the 2 distinct pathways: the Bilingual Pathway and the Cambridge Pathway.

Heritage is an international school, working with schools and organisations in Moldova and around the globe. We are based on international curriculum, as an English medium school, but also offering Romanian and Russian in the local curriculum alongside. Our teachers and students come from all over the world and speak over 20 languages. This results in the upbringing of culturally aware and internationally-minded individuals.

Heritage International School is committed to educating students with an emphasis on critical thinking, international mindedness and the development of the whole child. The academic program is a blend of Moldovan and international learning standards: International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and Cambridge International curriculum.

Enrichment activities play a great part in our educational process and take place every day after the academic programme for the learners has been completed. There is a wide variety of clubs and activities available for students to join, a great opportunity to discover and develop their talents. Club activities not only help students shape their personal interests and hobbies but also improve their leadership and social skills. We offer clubs from the areas of education, sport and the arts, and students can choose the club depending on his/her interest.

Heritage School Starter – special preparatory courses for preschoolers. This is the place where children learn to love learning through: early Romanian/Russian literacy, introduction to English, mathematics for young students, transdisciplinary activities (International Primary Curriculum methodology), expressive arts, dance, LEGO Education, sports and creative workshops.
