How to spend this summer? In style! Heritage International School invites young people aged 12 to 16 to attend the Summer School “Become a Fashion Player”! The courses are for all girls and boys interested in the fashion industry or dream to follow in the steps of Coco Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Christian Dior.
Knowing the key features of 20th century fashion (basic styles, color trends, cloth types), creating an outfit according to own design (from sketch to production), followed by a professional photo shooting (10 pictures) – these are just some of the activities that await participants at the Summer School “Become a Fashion Player”.
The students' mentor will be Ruslana Babii – a fashion stylist, personal shopper, fashion blogger, graduate of the Parisian School of Style in Moscow and the Superior School of Stylistics at Moscow State University. Ruslana also studied Fashion Design at the “Polimoda” International Design and Marketing Institute in Florence, Italy. She has over 6 years of experience in fashion and image-making. Ruslana loves to work with children and believes it is necessary to develop creative skills and a personal style from an early age. The participants in the summer school will also have a master-class with hat designer Iuliana Kiroshka.
The Summer School “Become a Fashion Player” will take place in two sessions:
• First session: June 4, 2018 - June 15, 2018
• Second session: June 18, 2018 - June 29, 2018
The courses will take place Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00) in Romanian, Russian and English.
The cost of the course is 4000 lei (the cost does not include the purchase of fabrics and accessories to create own outfits).
