Students from the Republic of Moldova now have the opportunity to participate in the prestigious international competition “Owlypia – Local Moldova Virtual Round”, dedicated to students in three age categories: 9-11 years, 12-14 years and 15-18 years. The main objective of the event is the intellectual challenge of young minds, and the theme of this year's edition is “Innovation: what's next?”.

Young intellectuals have the chance to develop their skills, stimulate creativity, work in a team, make new friends and put their ideas into practice, applying their knowledge in one of the 5 areas of the competition:
During the event, students will compete in 4 challenges (Knowledge, Impromptu, Speech Craft and Team Spirit), being encouraged to overcome their academic limitations, to discover new skills and the most appropriate ways to learn for them.

Owlypia is a social organization, founded in 2017, based in London, UK. The events are organized in different countries around the world, in partnership with the host institutions and have a main theme every year.
This year, Heritage International School will host the “Owlypia – Local Moldova Virtual Round” event, which will take place online on May 21-22, 2022, and those wishing to register should hurry to get confirmation of their participation as soon as possible.
What's next for the winners?
The winners of the local round of the competition will go to the next stage – “Owlypia Globals” in Cambridge, United Kingdom (June 20-23, 2022) or will participate online in the “Owlypia Global Virtual” (June 18-20, 2022).
